My spine is mishapen from the weight of my breasts... I have limited motion of my arms because the muscles around my shoulder blades are so remarkably tight. It goes FAR beyond athstetics. Of course it would be nice to be able to fit cute bras and wear clothes that fit again.... Also, exercise is almost impossible these days.. chronic, severe back pain.. it sucks.
Just don't want people to think its all about vanity.
