Back to my normal style and shenanigans with @amra this morning. Such a great pose and composition in this reference pic – check out her latest set Untamed Waters if you haven't seen it yet.
Sometimes I'll get an idea in my head and I can't shake it til I give it a try – that's exactly what happened here. Just a few little tests to see what this style might look like. I think there's something nice about it but I'm still kinda on the fence.

@makami has some great candids – they remind me a lot of the figure drawing references I used to use in art school. This one had great light and I even managed to make the tattoos look good for a change. Maybe I'll start drawing them back in on my sketches again..
Sometimes, no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to get a piece to look quite right. Typically I just move on and those sketches get buried in the graveyard of abandoned art on my ipad..

I have a tough time with front-lit pics because of the subtle shading, but I thought this quick sketch of @elune came out pretty alright. Plus those bright red stockings are 🔥
I'm really enjoying this style as it progresses.. this might be my favorite one yet. Gonna have to start playing around with bold colors a bit more 🤔
