dunno about this weekend. i've been slaving over this art final project and i am about to say "fuck it, i need a break" and go grab beers or something. today is my friday, so i can sleep in tomorrow if i go out. friday and saturday night, i'm catching friend's bands around town. other than that and practice... not much.

holy crap, our show was fun tonight. our singer flaked for the last time and is officially out of the band. i sang for the first time on stage in years and my drummer did my old back-up parts. not to toot my own horn, but i think it sounded pretty damn good. the crowd seemed to approve so all is well.

oh man, leaving the house was a mistake. cars, cars, cars and more cars. fucking insanity. but i did get a bunch of new cd's for $10 each, including the new atmosphere, new biz markie and wu tang clan. got some gifts for others too, but i still have a lot more to go.
