Aww! If I lost one of my kittens, I would be so bereft! Last fall I had a depression where I didn't really want to post that much, because of other things, so I know how that part feels. Just remember that you don't owe it to anyone to be here, and if you interact with people once a month, it's really your call. You do what's best for you. And feel better!!
