death
and it's just three minutes away from the end of the world...
alone.
and I'll just drink drink drink this pain away
I'll keep dancing until the spinning begins and reality fades to pleasant shades of gray
I'll keep spinning until the apathy sinks into the deep colors of my feverish soul
and I'll stop.stop.stop. for the whiplash
and my mind will continue down a path my heart would rather not be lead...
and it's only this reality that sinks in that keeps me up at night it's only the wishes for the future that keep me hiding from light it's only your eyes mine can see and it's only you that keeps me from me
and once again, the stage lights go on

putting on a play
for an audience that promised me cheers, flowers, and everything
