I dance in the sand with hope abandoned for this restlessness to abandon me
and the sky lights up with rockets unknown and I will... fight this war singlehandedly.

the man who started this catastrophe as I fall into epiphanies about realities I'm not certain I accept.
Who signed me up for certain death when certain life has never been given to any?
So I stand in the minority of men and
so many people will never see the curse that kills.
The sky lights with the rockets and sound undulates with gunfire as I dodge bullets and survival kicks in.

answers will betray the sounds of spinsters...
