I got tagged by quasi_sean because I was retarded enough to be thankful that I didn't get tagged.

I continue to ask you to read through my shitty poetry and pick out two or three of your favorites so that I can get a portfolio together to send out to grad schools.
Here are twenty things about me:
1. I have written poetry since I was 11 as a way of coping with depression. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
2. I was chubby and ugly in high school and I got made fun of a lot. One of the cruelest things that was ever done to me involved a kid I had a crush on and all of my friends banding together and pretending he liked me back, convincing me to ask him out in a very public setting. Upon me getting the guts to ask him out, he told me he would never date someone as fat and ugly as me.
3. I didn't really take well to #2 and started taking diet pills at 3 times the recommended dosage and worked up to throwing up my food in hopes of controlling, at the very least, my weight. I still throw up when I feel like I'm losing control of my life or when I feel the need to punish myself for some exceptionally stupid deed. So... I am a recovering bulimic. Happy thoughts, everyone.
4. My favorite color is blue!
5. My eyes change colors depending on what I am wearing or what kind of mood I am in. The key to my moods is my eyes, and very few people know how to read it. However, they are listed as brown on my drivers license.
6. My favorite book(s) of all time is the Lord of the Rings. I own the box set as well as the extended edition of all of the movies.
7. I have a cat named Hoochie who is like a child to me.
8. I don't believe sex can exist without emotions. Take that as you will.
9. To me, the worst thing on the planet is when one girl calls another girl a whore. We are all guilty of it, but to me it's like treason against your gender. I apologize to any girl I have said this about, and it hasn't been recently... in fact, it hasn't been in the last 6 months, because that is a fairly new stance for me.
10. I love people with talent and passion for something. There is nothing sexier to me than someone who does something they love and desires to share it. Furthermore, I love it when people do something they love and don't give a rip what anyone else thinks.
11. I love to take pictures, but it's something fairly new for me. I shoot completely in digital, but I would like to learn how to do film as well.
12. I hated cats until I was 16, and we had two at my house, and I absolutely fell in love with them. I've had a cat ever since.
13. I have worked full time the entire time I have gone to school... Obviously, I graduate in 2 months, so I've gone to school full time as well. It's taught me a lot of responsibility and time management and the value of caffiene.
14. My dream is to write at least 3 books... 1 of poetry, one of prose, and one non fiction..
15. I want to get a doctorate in creative writing and at least a masters in medieval history. I want to be a college professor... One of the cool ones that comes in and tells you cool stories.
16. I collect stuffed animals.
17. I cannot sleep without holding something, and if it is not larger than me, it will inevitably wind up on the floor by morning.
18. I used to be a Mary Kay lady. *snort*
19. I love Veggie Tales.
20. I have been a vegetarian since I was 13. I started eating meat when I was 20 and returned to being a vegetarian shortly after my 23rd birthday. I hate it when people ask me if I eat chicken or fish... because that's not vegetarian.
