This morning i was all "grrrrrrrrr; i don't wanna get up and go to work." Then i got up to pee, realized it was saturday, and did a little happy dance. and went back to sleep and had creepy dreams. Ex-boyfriend dreams are always creepy, you wake up all like, 'doubleyou teeee efffff, i haven't seen/spoken to them in like, ferrrevveerrrrrr, what triggered them in the depths of my subconscious?' and then you're all like, 'aw, i miss them'. i don't think that ever goes away, i always remember happy times with people i've been intimately involved with...

The weather's been so nice that i've been sleeping with my windows open. it's 76 degrees. i bet the leaves are all changing colors up north. i might find out, soon enough....if i sell some art.

Last night i picked up a paintbrush smeared with oil paint for the first time in a very long while. I think it's safe to say that i'm leaving the stagnant place of my life that i've been stuck in for the past, um...year?

Tonight i get to go see Aesop Rock and then Paul Van Dyk.
Should be a happy goodtime.



OH NO! saddest thing ever: i just walked into my living room, where i had some paintings drying...and and and this little baby gecko that i already saved from his doom once, by chashing him out of the corner of the door where he would've been smooohed, was sitting in a spot of red oil paint. he was stuck. i thought he was dead. but i freed him with some murphy's oil soap, and he wiggled. but now he's just all hurt and almost deadlike, and it's so very sad.
