to bad i'm so fucking miserable. No reason why. Just am. Not as angry as I was a couple of days ago, andthats good. I'm losing control of my emotions again. I had fought so hard to control them. Oh well. Back to the temples and monestaries i guess. surreal

i liked your 'use it as an engine' idea. i know its hard when you feel things are coming unglued. i've just slapped a bandaid on my stuff...and i swear, one good tug and my guts will come gushing out.

just don't let them burn you out. and losing control of them isn't necessarily a bad thing. and if you need my help, i can come armed with a big grumpy bear pillow and a louisville slugger. works wonders on those pesky feelings that won't go away.
