Its funny how people who have been on this site for a while can be rally harsh to nOObs. I mean, most of the time it is in good fun, and thats pretty obvious, but sometimes the poeple are just fucking rude. Just because you've belonged to a website for a while doesn't make you a wiser person. It doesn't mean your more informed on world issues and have better experience with them. All it means is that you'e belonged to a website for a while, and you might know a little bit more about osting on the boards. If thats all, then there is no excuse for some of the behavior that some of the the "old" members exhibit.

I reiterate. Light hazing and a little picking on (as most people do), great and probably makes them feel more welcome, since it means they were noticed. Being just plain rude in the name of being oldschool, fucking lame. Come on, it's a website, and you're hiding behind a profile. Would you act that way if you were in a position where the person could punch you in the mouth?
