I switched from Coke to Diet Coke a month ago and I've already felt an improvement. And actually, two weeks ago I switched to caffeine free.....the first week was murder...I wanted caffeine so badly. Now I'm fine, and I find I sleep a lot better at night and am more awake duing the day.

But enough about me... Self reflection is so important; especially when you decide to accept your 'flaws' and work on your strengths. Once you become happy with yourself, people won't help but be all over you.

And hell! 29 isn't too old to fuck like a sailor on shore leave! I'm 32 and I still knock it out when I get the opportunity. In the words of Jive Talker 2 in Airplane "Hey, you know what they say... See a broad, to get that booty yak 'em.....Lay 'er down 'n smack 'em yak 'em"

I decided not to answer the date question because I personally don't like to go on dates. I get too nervous and flustered. They can be awkward. Especially if you end up not really liking the person. I went on this one date and the guy was nuts. He told me that he had just had a nervous breakdown in which he ran naked down the side of the freeway screaming because his girlfriend (who's name was Sarah) broke up with him. He ended up getting arrested- naked. Needless to say I was eager to get home and away from "freaky, unstable guy."

I think it's a great idea. I've met some cool people on here just being a newbie and lurking in the noob threads. Having a group would be a great way for folks to come together over a common interest and share.
