Permit me a moment of self indulgence and pity.
The end of another shitty week in which the hits just keep coming. It would be nice to have a little bit of certainty in life. It would be nice to have a safe place with someone. It would be nice to have a real home. It would be nice to have a break on at least one front.
But for the moment, it is not to be and, yes that's right, I am learning and growing through the experience.
Enough of the auto pity. I have much to be thankful for. I have family and friends who love me and do so well. I have people to talk to about the shitty stuff. I have a job which is challenging and occasionally even fun (and it pays welll).
And the world is full of wonderous things.
For example, Saint posted the muppets right here. TSaint & The Muppets That, right there, is one of those things which make life worth living.

I love the tropical weather! The Wet makes gardening easier because the ground is so soft, so that is when LMW does most of his work. I will really miss the rain and the humidity and am very unprepared for cold weather. I am sure I will cope... somehow!
