I'm gonna go with short term. I think your idea is fabulous. My dearest kumquatpie has been plotting a vegan bakery, she might just do it one day. I'm pretty sure that Ink the SG has similar aspirations because of ta da. I have to keep my eye on you cats and kittens so that I know where to eat when I can finally afford to travel.
