Well, today was a pretty annoying day. Once again it was hella busy at work and they thrusted double the work on me cuz they made me do call backs due to the fact that since it was SO busy yesterday people had to leave messages too. So now we are all pretty much lagged in that department and some idiot forgot to do the messages last night. I am going to kill him when I see him tomorrow. Yes...give me ideas so I can make it look like an accident >.> *cough* Anyway, yeah then they wanted me to stay after for some bs so I did since it counts as overtime for me. Ended up getting a 95.96% on my monitoring thing which surprised the hell out of me since all I have been having lately is a 'fuck you' attitude to all the customers. It definitely showed today in my tone too. Oh well...they seem to like me still even after they monitored me yesterday so I wont complain. Woo for me...now I have to go bitch at UPS again cuz they still don't understand that I am AT work all the time until 5. They can just leave it with the lady at the lease office dammit...freaking bastards.
