I woke up today with a strange sense of well-being (and the strange sense that I woke up at a reasonable time) and am not sure whether it is the remaining alprazolam in my system, the fact that I only smoked a wee bit of the ganja last night, or some random factor that I'm missing. I think I may go swimming... scratch that... it looks like someone shat on the sky today. Every single time I make a resolution to swim daily, we have a week of rain and shit for me to do. I need to bone up on my butterfly stroke... sounds sexy, no?
I'll just do my yoga and cry about it.
All of my plans come to naught. I'd shake my fist at the sky but I think the motherfucker would tag me back.

It's a really awesome novel by Ken Follet and all of the characters are major characters so the development should be interesting. I believe it's being done as a 6 part miniseries so that makes me glee. For some reason, I really enjoy long-assed series.
