Well I bailed out on my spring break trip. Atleast it was only $140 down the drain, and I might be able to get some of it back later.
As much as I wanted to go to Florida, I had to cancel, one of my best friends from NJ was suffering from depression and I didnt feel right leaving her alone.
It's not one of those clinical depressions, just those 'OMG I cant handle everything thats going on right now.' So I picked her up from school and we're going to try to see if we can do day trips out of State College.
Its kinda funny, cause she has never really left the tri-state area before so she got all excited when we drove past all the farms in PA.
I mean.. we're not out in the country here, but its a big change for a girl whose lived in Jersey City for most of her life.
hehe, its only been half a day since we got up here, but already its been worth canceling the Florida trip. Well.. time for breakfast..

my spring break was rather uneventful as well. home to northwest, pa, now back to state college to do all of the work that i avoided.
i would do the same if i had a depressed friend i thought needed me.
take care
