So I'm not trying to beg or panhandle or anything like that, but I figured it's worth a shot reaching out to and touching the hearts of anyone who's been in a similar situation, or animal lovers in general, or really anyone who's willing to give a helping hand.



This is Frankie. He's my 8-month-old Siamese kitten whom I love with all my heart. He's a clumsy little goofball. Two days ago, Frank made his way up into the attic of the house. He jumped onto the window sill of the open window, lost his footing, and fell three very tall stories to the ground. Amazingly, my tiny little 7-pound 8-ounce cuddle buddy survived. However, he separated his lip from his face and fractured his left rear leg. The surgery and all medical bills came out to nearly $3000, which I had to get a special vet expense loan to pay for, because I have about $40 in my bank account right now. On top of that, I got fired from my job the very same day that I had to pay that bill, so I have no source of income for the time being.
