I FINALLY GOT SEAHORSES!
i got them and acclimated them yesterday, and they were just chillin around the bottom corner of the tank yesterday, which freaked me out a little (i'm totally like a concerned parent! ohh my babies!!). but then i woke up this morning and they were floating around the top of the tank and moving from anchor to anchor! and yesterday they accepted frozen mysis shrimp when i put it right next to them (which is always a good sign that they're healthy and at least somewhat happy), and today they actually chased the floating shrimp around the tank! Eeeeep they're so cute and soooooo interesting! And they change colors! How fucking sweet is that!
I'm still trying to think of names... suggestions anyone?
