i love how fun my life can be at times.

my buddy works at a video store, and he asked me to swing by his house and pick up "a few pornos" that were sitting on his table, and bring them to his store.

i got to his place, and saw a pile of about 45 pornos, covering the entire surface of his table. i bagged them up (in 8, count em 8 shopping bags) and carried on to the video shop. as i was walking into the store i caught eyes with two (for a lack of a better word) indie chicks. now this is a rarity in my town, especially to see indie chicks without their indie boyfriends (the combined weight of the two barely breaking 200 pounds). so, as i take the tapes to the register they both come over and begin talking to me, saying how they had seen me at shows before and whatnot. they were flirting with me, i couldn't believe it, but they were. it was awesome, i was on top of my game, saying all the right things in just the right way. i was home free.

then one of them asked what was in the bag.

so sadly, i sit here alone, as per usual.
