So last night was my first night back to work. It was without a doubt a total and complete disaster. I learned that I now have all of the responsibility of being a manager, but I do not get the title nor the money for being a manager yet. So I have placed a deadline on my boss as to when I expect both of those to happen or I walk. I hate doing it to him because I actually like working for him, but he is in a position where he wants to do a ton of things but can't because he doesn't have the authority to do them.

I really really wish that I had some more time off right now.
