I started a new job about two weeks ago and took a $15k pay cut in order to do so. At this point I am thinking I made a huge mistake. Half of the people that are currently working there are looking at leaving, and they just recently went through a merger that ended with the larger company setting all of the rules. Needless to say what this means for the office I work at is that we are pretty much their whipping boys (and not in a good way).
So I am once again looking for a new job (not that I ever really stopped...I'm very much a mercenary and will go where the money is). I knew that going into this job. I just had to get away from my old boss before I did things that would end in great pleasure for me, great pain for him, and me most likely in jail.
