Alrighty then, won't bore you with the details of what I've been doing for the past couple of months during my time away. Needless to say I had a much needed break from my computer.
Went out drinking with a friend of mine tonight. We were trying to find a decent band to go listen to, but no one seemed able to point us anywhere so we randomly picked a place and went (as a side note it was the fifth bar we went to). We went back to one of the previous bars only to find out that the reason it was so dead everywhere was that there was a festival going on in the one place we didn't go.
Overall it was a good night. Topped off by me meeting an absolutely stunning young lady who spent the 40 or so minutes that we talked hugging me about every minute or so (she was a little bit tipsy...just a smidge) not that i'm complaining. I am guessing that she is going to wake up in the morning trying to figure out why she has some guy's name that she doesn't know on her speed dial.
