Okay, time for a real update.
This week has been super busy, new job, drum circle, NiN concert, dinner with friends, and the weekend.
Now to break those down into their component parts.
The new job.
-So far it rocks (I've been using that word a lot lately. I really need to stop.)
-6:30AM is really early in the morning.
-The people I am working directly with are not too bad, though there is one individual in particular that really likes to hear himself talk.
-I don't think the work is going to be that tuff.
-I finally got access to email today which was a huge accomplishment.
-I do not however have a laptop to work on so I am currently using a 333Mhz system that is slowing driving me insane.
The drum circle.
-A friend of mine invited me out to drum with a couple of other people (only one of whom showed up).
-It is a weekly thing.
-The guy who runs it also works with the elderly and mentally disabled to let them join in the fun.
-I had sooooo much fun.
-Two hours of drumming tends to makes one's hands a little sore when they haven't drummed in about two years.
-People look at you like you are a hippy when you are drumming.
The NiN concert.
-I had really good seats for the concert.
-I got to see Loe and Seven again which is always a good thing.
-I met a couple of other people from the SG site, Adore and a gentleman who's name I don't remember.
-I accidentally elbowed a girl in the head.
-Waffle House after a concert is a tradition for me.
-Playing Hotel California when I go to Waffle House is also a tradition that I haven't broken in over 10 years.
-My bed was really comfy after rocking out.
The dinner with friends.
-I love my friends to death.
-I do not love watching my friends feed their daughter.
-BBQ rules.
-Traffic sucks.
-I rule.

-The friends will be out of town.
-I need to do laundry.
-Food is a priority since I have none in my house.
-I'm hoping to go wander around Stone Mountain in the morning (this has been attempted multiple times, but always thwarted).
-I may go find a band to listen to (I'm am becoming dependent on live music again).
-I do not have anything else.
