Only one week left of the dreaded job before my escape is final. I will be ever so happy to be away from the place.

The next couple of months. I get to go see NiN again on June 7th, Ministry July 7th, Les Claypool on July 10th, and Korn's Family Values tour on July 30th. smile I'm super excited! It is nice to know that I can go to concerts that are in the middle of the week again and not have to worry about taking time off from work.

I think I may have upset some friends though. I started talking about going to the concerts, and they asked why I hadn't invited them. To be honest I didn't want to go through the three to four days of listening to them complain as to why they couldn't go, decide that they were going to go, have me get tickets for them, then bail out the day before, and refuse to pay me for their tickets. I have been through that enough with them in the past and had no desire to do it again. Plus I feel that I am starting to outgrown them as friends. I am getting to a point where I want to be out and active again, but they just want to sit around. Nothing against them for that, but our goals aren't lining up the way they once did. Ah well, such is life.

I came to a weird realization today. I grew up in Indiana, and I know absolutely nothing about corn.

i grew up in wisconsin and know an alarming amount about cheese production.

a pound of paper is indeed somewhat autobiographical, but not by me. wink
