So for some bizarre reason I woke up at 5:30am on Friday with a mad desire to clean. I have no idea why though. I started with the bedroom and basically either kept, threw away, or sold (locally or ebay). Needless to say there is a lot less junk in my house. It was kind of cleansing in a way.
Other than that the weekend was fun. The group I run around with has decided to start trying different places to eat rather than continuing to go to the same place over and over. Friday we decided to try a place called Barcelona Sjs. It was extremely good food, but extremely pricy. That part caught me off-guard.
Afterwards we headed back to a friends house and watched The Island. It was a decent movie, but I kept thinking about Logan's Run the entire time. I left pretty soon after the movie and came home to continued to clean up some.
Saturday was spent hanging out with my friends and as a change we decided to do a potluck dinner. It was an interesting combination of chili, mac&cheese, chicken, cornbread, dirty rice, and dump cake. I didn't get to hangout as long as I would have liked since I had to work on Sunday.
I am really hoping that the weather holds out for the rest of the week. I am wanting to get out to a park this weekend. If that doesn't work out I may take a trip to Savannah. I haven't been down there for a long time and have wanted to go just to see the city again.
