The first of the follow up doctor's visits is over. One of the incisions is infected (which explains why it hurts much more than the other three). The infection has also strayed into flu like systems so the doctor put me on some major anti-biotics. The lovely ones that are about the size of a small child and if you don't take them on a full stomach you receive the understanding of how Prometheus felt.

Since today is really the first day that I have been off the pain killers I have been noticing something rather strange. I know that it is not a real feeling, but it is almost like I can feel the empty space where my gallbladder was located. I know that it is most likely my mind playing with me, but kind of freaky.

I have a job interview tomorrow. Yay!!! I'm so excited. It is pretty much the same thing that I am doing now, but it sounds like the place has its act together more than my current job. Hopefully it turns into something so I can tell my current employer to Kiss my grits! (bonus points for getting the odd pop culture referrence).
