I like to sit on my front porch and watch movies through the window screen. It's like the drive in, but with better seating.

after the semester ends i was going to have a dinner/movie party with some friends, and we are tooootally doing rows. WOO! i will have to include lip-smacking snack items to create inevitable confrontation. *evil grin*

re wurtzle, i have to be in the mood for her. i am never convinced that she has quite the grasp on information or culture that she attitudes as though she has. and yet, she is smart as sassy. there is just something missing - a certain ease of expression, a full/er comprehension - something. hmmmmm.

and that is the NICEST thing EVER to say to me!! wow!! with the definite exception, i would say, plus a few more. but still, THANK YOU. i feel like a total slag 70% of the time, and you made my morning.

I also love for lunch hotdogs with sauerkraut, footlong veggie subs(and i'm always still hungry), and sushi. Love it! Hope work has been going good for you. I'm off tomorrow. I am so happy

Thanks....now all I want is Greek Salad! I have to say that I am always in the mood for Kostas, Panos, Olympic, the Towne. I used to live 3 houses away from Kostas and could sit on my front porch and bask in the souvlaki smell for nights on end. Those were that happy times...
I often get into food ruts and will repeat the same daily menu for weeks. Hummus sandwiches have been my lunch of choice. Either a sandwich or veggie sushi (which my friend and I learned how to make, so it's way cheaper). Also, I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I LOVE anything that is coffee flavored.

I wound up buying Bitch and The Secret of Life, which apparently is actually Radical Sanity : Commonsense Advice for Uncommon Women?? AND I pre-ordered Harry Potter. Oy, too much spending on non-"good literature."

The Apollo Alliance looks really interesting, but I like your plan better. Yay coffee! But Starbucks would probably be premium fuel, and Dunkin Donuts would be the stuff cheapos like me would put in their cars. I don't drive becauase of the prices, and because Boston traffic scares me. And because now apparently a CV joint is having issues and until I fix it there is the danger that if I drive I will be stranded...or dead.

Yeah, SG is pretty therapeutic! It's a supportive, attentive community. And while most would argue the level of its maturity, it beats almost every other internet community on that too. But you know that already.

See, that's why I hate the treadmill and the bikes at the gym...you don't GET anywhere, and you don't see anything but the wall...or the ass...in front of you. Gotta get out to get moving.

As for iPods: I love it and summer seems like a fun time for iPodness. But I still feel kind of dumb for giving in to aesthetics instead of going for a cheaper/more functional non-Apple product. I guess I couldn't justify such a big purchase for myself until it was something purple. So you might want to pick something else.

Yep, at work. Poo. Whoa, I want to see read hear those! The only extended edition of LOTR I saw was TwoTowers, but I liked it much better than the normal version. I liked Prozac Nation and couldn't get through More, Now, Again, so I didn't even bother with Bitch. I didn't know she had another one. Is it good? Why is it taking you years? I think nowadays I'd rather look at pictures of her hot self than read her words. And Beck = yay.

I just get today off, i only get 2 days off per week, if i'm lucky, it's usually just 2 days scattered. Never days off back to back, except for my 1 weekend off a month. The life of retail never dies, bastards are always wanting to shop, especially on beautiful days. It kills me. Hence the time i'm writing this. I like to get up early on my days off to workout to have the whole place to myself. I'm selfish, well not really. Have a good day at work, saturday is almost here for you!

It was, indeed, quite pleasant. I even got a few things done...online job apps...so I didn't feel TOO bad. Hah. It's supposed to rain tomorrow, so maybe I'll be able to get my indoor chores done...laundry, etc.

Wow, I'm glad you had such good dreams, and that they put you into a good mood! I know I did dream...I remember waking up a couple of times, and remembering my dreams. But when I woke up for good, you know, I lost it all. But at least I know I dreamed, and I never felt like they were bad ones. Maybe last night was your turn for remembering, and I'll remember tonight, or something.
