I think you're right. And I think the reason I'm so afraid of so many kinds of pain is that I've never really had to experience any of them. I know that I would get through them if they were there. I always feel kind of guilty about it. My parents are still together (I'm almost the only person I know), no one I love has died (yet), I've never even been broken up with (although my breaking up with other people has been painful enough). It seems almost ridiculous.

Things are definitely falling into place. Your pictures are beautiful! I saw the first little slushy snow today on my way home from work and, dare I say, I was a little happy about it. Last night I was feeling ambitious and made up my bed with flannel sheets and every fleece blanket I could find. It was shocking that I have sooo many. What did people do before fleece?? This is the good time of year...give me a month and I may not be so excited about it. Been up to anything interesting? I know I'm out of the loop here, but how is the roomie situation working out?
