Right now I'm trying to watch a DVD, read a new book, listen to a new CD, install a program on my computer, jot down a list of things I wish to accomplish tomorrow, apply lotion to a few dry skin spots, find my pants and relax. Oh, is that all? I also do this after working a near 11 hour day, and I sit here tired and hungry and growing more easy aroused as this my personal season of super-lust eases in to overwhelm me with desires and thoughts. Where was I?
My mind is aflutter with visions of lust and food. In my enervated state my mind also cannot lock onto a specific task for more than a few moments, so this evening feels very fun right now.
I drift back to when I was 10 and I'd walk into a bedroom that was at capacity as far as the toys were concerned. I'd enter and try to figure out what needed to be played with. Oh I could never decide, so I'd often let them plead their cases. He-Man would start babbling about someone having the power. My Star Wars action figures attmepted to forcefully acquire my undivided attention. My baseball cards beckoned to be placed in order, but my Transformers were always more than meets the eye. I didn't know which way to turn, or where to extend my gleeful little hands. I just knew I wanted to play and as my dozens of G.I. Joe action figures would often remind me, knowing was half the battle.
So getting back to now, I put down everything for 10 minutes so I could babble at all of you on here for a few uninterrupted and completely focused minutes. Thanks for indulging me, but I'm afraid I can't hold it together much longer. There's so much to do and so little time as my eyelids are getting heavy and my mind grows scattered.

As for iPods: I love it and summer seems like a fun time for iPodness. But I still feel kind of dumb for giving in to aesthetics instead of going for a cheaper/more functional non-Apple product. I guess I couldn't justify such a big purchase for myself until it was something purple.
