Um Eddie, yeah, I'm gonna have to go ahead and ask you to come in on Saturday, mkay.

So I'm working tomorrow to complete a 6-day workweek... jinkies!

How do I get talked into these things?

omg, office space. hilarious!! hope it wasn't too horrid.

as for excercise, each week i lift weights (split training) 3-4 days, at least 2 yoga classes, pilates videos (whole body and specific part), and several dance classes. i used to swim competitively as well, so when i have access to a pool, i do a few miles a week. and some of it is just natural luck. woo. biggrin
