What I want... (8-27)
Earlier this evening I was talking with someone online and they asked me what I want out of life. Answering as honestly as I often do I replied, "how much time you got?" I was only half joking, but sure there's a lot of things I want. So after the conversation ended I started making a list just for the hell of it, writing down the first things that popped into my mind. It took me about 11 minutes to get a list of 40 things I want when I decided to stop. Here are the results of that list just for giggles:
Things I want:
-A turkey sandwich with swiss (note, this has been taken care of this evening)
-to win the lotto, then I could pay me & my friends' bills, buy my Mom a house
-a cold Pepsi (also taken of this evening)
-for it not to rain this evening so I can play softball tomorrow
-velvet pajamas
-no wait, silk pajamas it's kinda warm tonight
-to kiss someone on the side of their neck... preferably a female with a soft neck
-new sneakers
-a new Portishead record to listen to
-a new Sabres jersey (I know, they're not out yet)
-a really good laugh that actually brings a tear to my eye
-a neck massage
-to stop getting bitten by mosquitos and spiders
-someone to recline with to watch a silly movie, or a serious one, I'm easy
-to never have to do laundry ever again... this might be related to winning the lotto
-to write a novel
-to able to chill in a hot tub for 30-40 minutes
-to sit underneath a warm tropical waterfall
-to drive across country
-to be able to see the movie "The Illusionist"... it's not playing in this area yet
-for no hurricanes to hit the U.S. this year
-to never ever get cavities again
-to have a smash recurring character on Saturday Night Live
-to learn how to skate
-to find a really sweet hat to wear for the fall/winter
-a frosty from Wendy's
-a Pina Colada too, but only with coconut flakes in there like I make them
-to write a beautiful song
-to be able to sleep to whenever I want everyday like summer vacation in high school.
-a gigantic celluar phone from 1988
-a ghostbusters costume
-to be able to speak Spanish
-to be able to perform a dance to make it rain and one to make it stop
-to go to Puerto Rico with someone to wrap my arms around on the beach
-a never ending supply of double A batteries
-a bigger hard drive
-a new suit, black with pinstripes
-to be able to do a perfect Christopher Walken imitation
-to whisper something ridiculous in someone's ear at the park, maybe the japanese garden or in the grass at Shakespeare in the Park, que romantico!
-and speaking of which love of course
