Well I was recognized (kinda) for the 1st time today.
My sister and I were in BurgerKing and these four teenage boys were staring at us. Then two of them came up to us and asked, "Hey, where'd you get that cool Suicidegirls sweatshirt? That site is awesome!"
"Ummm...I am a suicidegirl", I replied.
To which he responded with a funny jump, "Really!?! How old are you?"
"22"
"Whoa! You don't look 18!"
What's your name?"
"Edea"
"Huh?"
"Edea, E-D-E-A, Edea"
"Oh cool! I'm gonna have to check you out!"
They were so excited to meet a suicidegirl that for about ten minutes afterword I felt like a celebrity!
That was pretty much the extent of my encounter. We left after overdosing on fries. I think my sister was a little weirded out.
