Hello All you people out there in SG land. As those of you who know me personally are aware, I am getting married. I had not planned to have a wedding. I'm a broke Grad Student attempting to support two young adults on a meager stipend after all. Then, I began to want one. More and more I kept thinking about how I wanted to celebrate my marriage with family and friends. Lightning struck, and Jake and I came up with our dream wedding scenario. A party at the Bottom Lounge, with the ceremony in the same room as the reception or possibly video taped at the court house right before the party. We are well on our way, but the big milestone we need to cross first is putting down a deposit on the space to hold our date. The deposit is half the rental fee and this adds up to a whopping $1500, nothing short of impossible for Jake and I to come up with on our own any time in the near future. So, I am selfishly asking anyone feeling generous out there to help me have an awesome wedding.
P.S. I realize that most if not ALL of you are trying just as hard (if not harder) than myself to make ends meet. So seriously, only donate if you can afford it. <3

aww, i so wish i could donate! i am indeed not making ends meet in the slightest, but your ceremony sounds amazing. i hope you guys are able to do it.
