Don't give up hope, but don't push it either. Like Vanceowen said above, let it ride for a bit longer. and sometimes, you may just have to do both...love him, and leave him....cause your love isn't going anywhere fast i'm sure.

We all need to do some self-discovery and growing up. I am still doing that. At least you are figuring yourself out and what needs fixing now. Beats doing that when you are 40.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I am a firm believer that if I don't make things interesting, no one else will. You should do the same. However, I don't recommend doing it if you live in a small town. Crazy works way better in large eccentric cities like New York or Los Angeles. Or if you're really feeling brave Paris or Buenos Aires.

What I'm trying to say here is, I know you love him, but you'll find you're going to love lots of people, some will stay a long time, some you'll fight with every time you see them. But that doesn't require you to live that boring prescripted life that's been drilled into you from birth. Live a little, have some adventures, and then if you still find that this boy is the one you love try it then. But for God's sake live and don't be afraid to do really dumb things. And remember to write it all down so you can fictionalize it later.

Go to the state department website and look on the countries you are considering, they all have their own requiremets. Oh wait you're a Canadian. I think you guys are welcome almost anywhere. Usually enough money to match the GDP per capita for the length of your visa is average. Or ten thousand($US) give or take.

My other tattoo, and others I have planned are all black, but I feel that bird NEEDS to be in colour. It's kind of a phoenix/bird of paradise and symbolizes my escape from something truly horrible. I wanted it to be big and bright. That's why I'm stuck on colour. The tail makes me want to do it in peacock colours, brown, blue, teal, greens... But the brown gets me.
Boot, I like your idea, black would be much better than brown.

As for the speech, yes, it is a translation, it was originally Japanese, and I think if I could find it in Japanese somewhere I'd love to see it, but I had to self transcribe it from TV to get in in English. It's from DragonBallZ.
