So its that time of the year , time for turkey , ham , and what have you. Good eats are just around the corner. In 5 days I leave for the great white north , Fort Mcmurray Alberta.

Im too comfortable with this warm vancouver weather , its driving me insanse. It doesnt even feel warm either. I have been chilly , in weather , above zero degrees !! So its gonna be a bit of a shock going back , but it will be worth it. I get to see my mother , and my sister too. My sister is flying up from toronto , and its been almost two years since ive seen her. Not the longest ive gone without see'ing her , but I miss her all the same.

Now this isnt really a christmas thing , hell , its not even a healthy thing , but , im a fat kid , and my favortite dish that my mom makes is....Cheesecake. Not just any cheesecake though , chocolate swirl cheesecake , its so so good. Whats your favorite christmas food/junk food. Is it good ol' reliable turkey ? perhaps something a little more exotic. You tell me.

My sister , she craves the chicken tree's. You are asking yourself , WTF is a chicken tree ? well , they make em at seven-eleven in fort mcmurray , its a kabob , its chicken deep fried , on a stick. Its not her chrismas food , but she can only get it at christmas cause they dont make them down in toronto. heh heh heh.
