I thought maybe I might buy a used copy of NeverwinterNights; however, for such an old game, the price is still way up there. I need to upgrade my graphics card before I can play 'city of heroes', plus the game is still $80 on top of that. Expensive! $$

I was fortunate enough to have recently purchased a new PC. By a strange coincidence, it meets all the basic requirments for Doom 3. Very interesting.

I haven't played it yet, though. I'm waiting for a day off so that I can spend it blowing hell-spawn up. That will be pretty damn awesome.

I did a series of three in each primary color based on this fling I had with a friend. It was a very hot/stupid phase of my life some time ago.

I totally know the layers. Did you see my entry for the Photoshop group logo. I must have about 20 layers to make that all possible. I worked on it all day and then got ridiculed for it.

oh I get you, sleep deprived. It's the original scan I have a problem with, by the time I get the contrast dark enough to pic up the 7H pencil, I lose the paper. Especially when you have different leads on the same page. For an example check out my unfinished picture of Rose in my art folder.

It's probably going to kill me. Seriously... that game is like crack and heroin with lightsabers... So bad. But I think I'm almost done now. But then I have to go back and go dark side.

Depends. Is this just for one computer? Or to be shared amongst other computers?

If shared, I say then go with the Quicktime. Quicktime files have higher compatiblity rate from computer to computer. While .avi files, even when encoded right, can have instances in which the video file may not work across certain networks. Put this is more of a studio/school thing I learned. And besides, Quicktimes rarely are encoded incorrectly compared to .avi files.

If it just for yourself, but all means, go with the Xvid. That would just work perfectly.
