That sort of shit happens here a lot and it's very positive to unite against it- it will also help him to overcome his fears of the event.

A friend from philly was shot down in New Orleans, (survived, but it was in the throat) and they collected money for him at punk shows all over philly, and possibly other locations in the east coast.
