why oh why do i have such problems talking to people in large groups. whenever i go out with a large group i tend to completely be left outta the loop and find it very difficult to socialize when it involves "butting in". like, even people i have no problem talking to 1v1 or even in a group of like 4 or so...if theres like 8...i cant even communicate with them effectively. i think i have serious social issues that rose from my childhood, where my parents at the dinner table taught us kids not to speak or be involved in their conversations. we would go to a relatives for dinner and just have to sit there throughout a long dinner while they talked and if we tried to, we were told to be quiet. its really really frustrating...i hate when people think im being anti-social or dont like them just cause i have trouble talking to them when lots of people are together......so very frustrated after tonight
