Do you meditate? Try realxing and visualising yourself in your imagination exactly how you would want you to be (happy, wealthy, etc), step into the you that you have visualised and imagine living as that you. As you do that concentrate on enhancing all the good feelings. If you do that quite often for about 15 minutes it will help you focus on improving your present state and focus on how you would like to be as a person.

Meditation is great and simple and can do a great deal of good.

I bet i sound like a right hippy.
