hhm.. what have I been up to? Pining over a struggling British actor who is still in LA... courting a wonderful genuine jack-the-lad type guy that I was good friends with - we're getting closer as friends, but just happen to be having great sex too. (tho up to now I have broke his bed and hurt his back.. oops)
Truth is, I'm just still pining over.. let's call him D. But D's gf left him for a hollywood A-lister, and he's still crushed over that. But we got on so well, no pressure, ad things were going well... then just nothing. Plus all his friends are cheering me on and staying really good friends with me, inviting me out all the time, etc. Except I'm stuck in LA till my film contract starts.
I'm trying to tell D that I had trouble with.. again, lets call him X.... and a similar thing happened with X, that happened to D. haha, I got told off my my friend yesterday, for always swearing or cursing when I go past X's film posters. She was like 'isn't it time you stopped being angry at him?' and I was like, hell no. Well. I'm not actually angry anymore. I'm just peeved.
So I'm just keeping myself distracted by multi dating and just keeping busy. I'm getting antsy about my job starting. Until my start date and things, i'm stuck in the UK while my visa goes through. And I need to raise a lump sum to put a deposit on an apartment.
Oh, and there are no nice women in Newcastle, UK. I'm so sick of men, and I'm tired of dating them. I miss women. I used to primarily date women, and I've not met anyone nice in agges. I wouldn't be stressing over dating if I wasn't so bored here. Dating people at least keeps me occupied.
hmm.. ok, and I'm also being harrassed by an ex convict, had police involved and all sorts. fun. My life is honestly really boring most of the time. Whenever I sit and jot it down it always sounds more exciting than it feels.
I'm excited about meeting my team on the film. I'll be working with a team of people, and most of them have far more credits than me- but I don't know who they are yet! I'm so excited incase I'm working with anyone whose work I like. I've also been practicing drawing on the theme of the film, so I'm all ready when we go into pre-production.
and.. I got my hair cut. It was in such bad condition. And Michelle needed her hair done too ... we're both scared of hairdressers.. (I usually do all my own hair, except for a base cut every now and again). I like my do tho. very short!
