I finally watched a Water Polo game -Sunday night, US beat Germany which put them straight into the semi-finals (go US!). This was not the most interesting thing to me. What really struck me was how such a violent sport, where men are being thrown into the penalty box every 10 minutes without even a pause to the game can have such a girly uniform....

Every time I go to a city and meet SG's there I think "Wow -fill in the City- has some amazing SuicideGirls, I'm so lucky to have met them."

Seattle is no different.
Working a weekend can suck sometimes but when you're doing it with such wonderful people, it doesn't feel like work at all.

If anyone was lucky enough to be at the Emerald...

I put up my Christmas tree this weekend. Instead of putting all the ornaments I can find, I went with a subtle silver and blue theme with clear lights. And after I was finished I made two batches of Maple muffins. Still trying to perfect the recipe, but it's fun trying!

Remember, treat every day like Christmas!

I think that if a country has a maple leaf on its flag it should be a requirement that all restaurants serve REAL maple syrup when they list maple syrup on their menu.

And don't get me started on the inability to find Maple Jelly in a plethora of stores searched.

At least the SG's in Toronto made up for it. Some of the loveliest,...

I tried a new recipe yesterday and it gave me an amazing idea for a whole themed meal. I made an artichoke salad...with RAW artichokes as the salad leaves. I didn't even know you can eat an artichoke raw, but it was quite tasty.

My goal: to make an entire meal where every item is artichoke based. I lost my recipe for the artichoke burrito,...

I used to have the most bitchin' Castroville artichoke t-shirt. Never actually got to go to the festival but they have great mex food in that town.

And on the subject of t-shirts, oh staff shop-goddess type person, do you know the answer to this question?

Wow, I think I just officially became the man of the house. I just fixed the garbage disposal (which had been not working for over a week) AND lit the pilot light in the heater....and it's been fucking cold for quite some time now. All within 5 minutes of each other.

All that after having met up with my best girlfriends. It's lovely what a...

Is there really not a lot to watch on all these cable Television channels? Or is it because I don't normally watch TV, so I don't know what the titles of the shows are, maybe I should give something unknown a chance.

I have managed to amuse myself with this built-in camera in my computer, not too shabby for this time of night I'd say.

Yeah just give something random a chance, thats what I do.
haha.
sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

history channel, discovery, cartoons, food tv, fashion, and espn are always winners in one way or another.

I always thought it'd be good to have a mechanic in the family. I'm changing my tune: I want an Air Conditioner fixer in the family.

Happy birthday.

I was stuck in London for a week in 100 degree heat.

except there they DON"T HAVE A/C it doesn't exist!

imagine no buildings, movie theaters, etc. to go hide in

you could always escape to the movie theaters and see my movie Who Killed the Electric Car?
