So I've kinda been out of touch with the world for a little while.
The party we had a few weeks back went really great. It wasn't as insane as expected, but thats a good thing, since it was huge but nothing got destroyed. Plus the DJs/Lights were fucking awesome.
The following week my ex was in town with her dad, and no nothing happened between us, she is basically one of my best friends now. I kinda felt bad though because her dad was sick for most of the vacation which kinda sowed them down from seeing too much, but it sounds like she is already planning a return trip to do more active stuff that her dad couldn't pull off. The only down side to her visit was that it really made me realize how much I miss home and it didn't help that my old boss basically has said he can't wait for me to come back (even though it sounds like I'll be here at least 2 more years.
The other night I went to see the Evens and it was really good, afterwards I went out with some friends from work and ended up not getting home till 3am and being completely wasted only to have to wake up and go to work. Needless to say I felt like total shit and ended up going home early. The only reason I went to work in the first place was because my roomate wrecked his car so I've had to drive him to work, well that and the fact that we don't get paid days off being a private contractor, so now I'm going into work on Sat to make up time.
I guess thats a broad overview of the goings on, now this weekend I'm gonna have to clean our house since the realators are coming to do an inspection on Monday, I guess to check that we haven't trashed the place. So we'll see how that goes. Although I'm sure it wull be fine.
