I know what you mean about the ODU application process. I went through it around this time last year. When you do turn it in, keep checking LeoOnline for status reports. It also helps to call and bug the crap out of them once the minimum amount of time to hear something has passed. (So said my friends last year, anyway, and it seemed to work... )
