Only 20 min left of work. A small amount of burn at Bmf training and then off for a long weekend. Tomorrow sees my little brother getting married and a nice chillout

Wizzafest 2011

For anyone free on the 22-24th July 2011, 25.50 will get you a ticket to this Great Family Festival weekend, started in 2005 and supporting Macmillan Cancer support, it is a fun way to see some bands drink some beer and support a great Charity!!

I remember waking up on Saturday, going in to work, and then here i am, and the tiny bit of the week that was to be mine was over :o\

Watched Ip man last night, what a great movie! I recommend it to everyone!!

Second session of British Military Fitness completed, I Turned up and managed to get through it without throwing up :o{P>

I am really feeling better this time, still cant believe Natalie convinced me it would be 'a fun way to get fit' lol
