Well, my work found me out, luckily they are awesome, now all i have to do is wait.......I hate waiting, ugh.
I'm stressed, doubting myself, and need to sort through some things to get over a little hump right now. I believe I can achieve anything, or at least I'm going to keep telling myself that until I do believe it.
Posting these one here because who knows who might appreciate a nerd just talking about rando things in his life.

This is my trying to look excited on the spot and kinda failing face. lol
After a good two years of working out and losing 40 pounds with all the determination in the world I hurt my upper back and shoulders working out and aggravating it at work. 3 and a half months later (now) after Physical Therapy, I don't find the same determination I once had and feel down in the dumps trying to find that spark and drive....

I've had two spinal surgeries and most of my spine is fused. Yes there are good and bad days. I've worked pretty physically demanding jobs after my surgeries and it took a toll on my back. I've had days/months that I didn't and don't have the motivation to get back to the gym. At some point you'll just say to yourself "enough is enough. Let's get my ass in gear." But that doesn't happen till your body and mind is ready. Stay strong and hope your back gets back in health

Easy week for work. Finishing my Tattoo Thursday Morning, and I early day out of work Friday.
AND IT SNOWED TODAY! Had to scrape my car off and everything <3 Ohio.
