after the slow, sweet

grind of skin on skin, the

twisting, contorting of interlocking limbs.

After the sweat,

and the long slow

tease, the gasping for

breath and muffled screams,

There is the softness

of your head on my shoulder,

of your lips on my neck, of quiet laughter

and knowing smiles, of fingers locked in long embrace

There is the

softness in your deep,

blue eyes and an easy music

in the sound of your
