Midnight…..
On a blanket
in our meadow
under the white oak tree
sharing Cabernet kisses,
long and deep.
You are so lovely painted
in moonbeams and starlight
sprinkling thru the leaves;
Skin soft and warm
as our bodies intertwine,
we drift on a river of desire
as your sweet eyes dance with mine.
The rhythm
of our bodies match,
our hearts beat side by side
and
only midnight
knows the pleasure in
our sighs.
