There are lovely people I think 'I must remember to ask to be my friend next time I'm on here'...then when I come back I already have a request from them. You're all fantastic
I cut my finger in that irritating way where it kind of gets a flap which then keeps catching on things and bleeding everywhere so I put a plaster on it. Now I've taken the plaster off and I have a weird band of very pale wrinkly skin. It was only on overnight! What's happened to my finger?!
Am sitting here in a towel trying to work up the energy to get dressed and do things. I have to go for a Japanese class in a bit, then frantically sprint back up here to say goodbye to Will (he made me promise) then back to the train station to catch a train (or four) up to Chesterfield.
I have to go home for a funeral tomorrow, which will be just great. Half my family are bizarre and insane or just difficult, so it'll be...an experience. At least it'll give me chance to liberate some of my belongings from my dad's house (hopefully when he's not there).
I'm hungry.
*stretches*
I guess I should go get some lunch.

Wow. How embarrassing.
I did just manage to burst into tears in the middle of my Japanese class. Did my best to hide in my hair, only there's a point, searching frantically through my pockets for a non-existent tissue with streaming eyes and nose, where it's like "well...how do I get out of this one with dignity intact?". The answer is - wipe your nose on cardigan and pretend nothing happened.
Not really sure WHY either, seems an extreme reaction to have just because i couldn't type the kanji I was on and because microsoft word kept switching back into English halfway through a sentence.
Looks like it's going to be one of those days
