Hey what's up all? Just thought I'd write a few lines down and update. Not a whole lot going on. I went out yesterday and spent about $100 between taking my mom and kids to Olive Garden, and then going to a dollar store and buying mine and my mom's stuff, Then going to the store and buying some semi-expensive cigars for my boyfriend as an early birthday present. Then today I went out with my mom again, but she gave me some money back since I've loaned her some a couple times. And I spent another $100 today. Bought some fabric to cover my daughters window because it gets too cold in there at night. And bought a model ship for my boyfriend as another birthday present... bought a model for my son because he's been driving me nuts to do one, but it's just snap together, thank god... lol! Then I bought a few craft things for myself, some colored pencils and a bunch of colored chalk, and then I saw their silk flowers were half off, and silk flower arrangements are really expensive if you go to a store to buy one. You can make them at half the price at least, and they still cost me about $20 a piece including the vases I got. It might've even been more than that, I haven't checked yet. But I still have to buy some flowers for my own. I got 3 to make... one for myself, one for my boyfriend's Mom, and his Sister in Law... just for the hell of it. But I think they'll really like them. His Mom just recently gave me like half a suitcase full of make up, and offered his sister in law some and she said she didn't need it. So it's definately worth it to me. Just as a thank you even. I tried a new recipe tonight and it came out pretty good, and it was pretty simple to make. I'll probably try some more from this woman's site it was on. It's recipes for Gastric By Pass patients. So it's all stuff I can eat. I was going to take it over to his brother's house and cook it, but they changed it to tomorrow night instead and his mom is bringing fish... this would've been a lot better, but at least I know now that it will be good, and I can make it next time. Well, I'll let you know how things are later.
