Greatest concept ever: Second New Years Eve!
It's simple really. Two weeks after December 31st, when everybody has gotten rid of their hangover, but still have that new-year feeling, you throw a "New year's eve" theme party! Champagne, counting down to midnight, streamers the whole thing!
